Delete Your Chat Account
This page explains how users can permanently delete the chat account created through Google Sign-In in the PG Slot Demo Fortune Slot application.
How to Delete Your Account in the App
The application provides a direct account deletion option. You do not need to contact customer support to delete your account.
Open PG Slot Demo Fortune Slot on your Android device.
Enter the Global Chat or Thailand Chat room where you previously signed in with Google.
Tap the settings icon in the upper-right corner of the chat room.
Tap the “Delete Account” button inside the Account Settings dialog.
Review the deletion notice and tap “Delete” to permanently remove the chat account and associated data.
Data Deleted
When the user confirms account deletion, the account and information associated with the chat feature are scheduled for permanent deletion.
Account identifier, Google Sign-In email address, display name, and chat account status.
Messages and other chat records associated with the deleted account, where technically applicable.
Data Not Affected
Deleting the chat account does not delete the user’s Google Account. It only removes the account and associated data used for the chat feature inside PG Slot Demo Fortune Slot.
Anonymous or aggregated technical information that cannot reasonably be linked back to the deleted user may be retained for app security, analytics, fraud prevention, legal compliance, and service reliability.
Request Deletion Without Access to the App
Users who can no longer access the application may request account deletion by contacting Auronova Labs using the email address below.
Send an email from the same Google email address used to access the chat feature. Include the app name “PG Slot Demo Fortune Slot” and state that you want your chat account and associated data deleted.

Processing Time
Deletion performed directly inside the application is processed through the account deletion function. Requests submitted by email may require identity verification and will be handled within a reasonable period.
